Biografia

Federica PETRI, è nata a Torino il 1 Luglio 1982.

Impara le tecniche pittoriche presso il liceo artistico Renato Cottini e frequenta l'università di discipline dell'arte, della musica e dello spettacolo.

Nel 2005 e inizia a scrivere una raccolta di pensieri legati ai suoi quadri, sperimentando diversi modi e addentrandosi sempre di più nell'ambiente artistico. Questo la porterà ad avvicinarsi ad un atteggiamento più "esoterico", profondo, ad indagare sulle religioni e ad essere molto attiva nel sociale. Petri è una scrutatrice curiosa, attenta e veloce nelle associazioni.

Dal 2010 a oggi i suoi dipinti e il suo interesse in ambito di ricerca artistica è rivolto soprattutto all' essere umano.

Alla psiche, alle diversità e alla coesistenza fra queste. Viene definita l'artista "mentale", perché indaga due livelli di comunicazione: Il verbale e il simbolico. E sono, per Federica, due facce della stessa medaglia, parti che convivono all'interno di ogni essere umano.

Nel 2012 scrive un libro pubblicato dalla Lit Edizioni-Intento, a luglio 2014.

Il libro: Paura e Fede, racconta di come sia possibile perdersi in una coscienza che non ci appartiene. L'autrice è stata supportata da diversi padri spirituali durante la stesura che hanno contribuito alla sua crescita umana e professionale. Artista eclettica, studia l'individuo e i ‘gruppi' non fermandosi all'apparenza di uno sguardo.

Una sua citazione: "L'arte si vive, non si fa! Nella vita non posso limitarmi all'apparenza di uno sguardo, ma indagare la realtà in cui vivo. Nella luce e nell'oscurità, cogliere gli aspetti più profondi per non proiettare solo l'ombra di noi stessi.."

Ying e yang. Bianco e nero. Luce e ombra, contrapposizioni che scontrandosi creano. Le sue opere hanno sempre un significato criptico, nascosto agli occhi di un disattento osservatore.

Biography

Federica PETRI was born in Turin on 1 July 1982.

She learns painting techniques at the Art school Renato Cottini and She attends the University of Art disciplines, music and entertainment.

In 2005 She began writing a collection of food for thoughts related to her paintings. She experiments different techiques that improving her skills and incorporate she in the artistic world. This facts will stimulate Federica closes to a more "esoteric" world in order to investigate about religions bringing she to be very active in social events. Petri is curious, precise and she has a quick thinking mind.

From 2010 to present her artistic research regarding paintings is primarily address to the human beings.

From the psyche to diversity and the coexistence among these are the main topics. Journalists define Federica the “mental artist”, because she investigates at two communication level :verbal and symbolic.For Federica, two sides of the same coin, that coexisting in every human being.

In 2012 she writes a book published by Lit editions-Intent, to luglio 2014.

Fear and Faith, the name of the book, explains the ways and reasons for which people could lose their conscience . She was supported by various spiritual fathers while writing her book; these meetings contribute to her human and professional growth.
